Change Line Location

The Change Location process encompasses moving a line from the current location to a new location ("Change Line Location - Different Premises") and moving a line to a different position with the current premises ("Change Line Location - Same Premises"). These processes correspond to the processes Openreach describe as "Change of Address" and "Internal Shift" respectively.
