Change Calling and Network Features |

The process for changing the Calling and Network Features is the same for both Single Lines and Multilines. After identifying the existing line owner the line details will be displayed on screen along with the available shortcuts. The line details will include details of any features currently live on the line at the time, for example see below (a line with Call Diversion active):

Having selected "Make a change to an existing service" from the shortcuts, then choose "Change Features on Line" from the available shortcuts:

A screen will be shown which shows the features currently live on the line (if any), the features can be changed by ticking or unticking boxes as necessary or selecting different options from the drop down boxes, see below:

Once the new requirements have been selected then enter the date required for the features to be added and/or removed, see below:

The "Required by Date" box is pre-filled with the minimum leadtime for whichever combination of features are selected; if required the user can change the date to a future date there is a "calendar" button to allow this to be done easily using a pop-up calendar.

When the date has been selected the order is submitted to Openreach, this is confirmed on screen with the Openreach order reference, for example:

Clicking on the "Order Status" link will display the details of the order and allow its current status to be tracked through to completion. |
