Line Plant Rearrangement

Should a customer require a line plant rearrangement, i.e. a change to the external routing of the line supplying their premises, then this must be requested directly from Openreach as there is no facility to request this through the Portal (this is a limitation of WLR3).

Due to the complex nature and low volume of these requests dealing directly with Openreach specialists when a Line Plant Rearrangement is required is likely to be easier than submitting the information through a portal.
