There are two types of transfers available via the Portal:
For both types of transfer the number of the line and the associated installation postcode will be required. The BT account number is not used for transfers in WLR3. The different transfer options can be accessed by selecting "Transfer a service from another service provider" from the shortcuts on the homepage:
