Specifying the Directory Entry

The specification of the required Directory Entry by the user is common to all provision scenarios. There are two variations of this screen - one for Basic Single Lines and one for Premium Single Lines and Multilines, this is a reflection of the different Directory Entry entitlements for the different line types.

The screen for Basic Single lines is below:

The Basic Single Line is entitled to an entry in the Residential part of the phonebook only, which must be in the style of Initial and Surname, no title (e.g. Mr, Mrs, etc) is allowed in a residential entry.

The screen for Premium Single Lines and Multiline is below:

Premium Single Lines and Multilines have more options compared to Basic Single Lines - their entitlement encompasses an entry in either the Residential part of the phonebook or the Business part of the phonebook. Entries in the Business part of the phonebook may be in either the Company Name plus optional Business Description (max 3 words) style or alternatively in the Title, Initial and Surname style. The location for the entry and the style required can be specified in the drop down boxes - the fields displayed for capturing the specific entry details will vary dependent on the options selected from the drop down boxes.
