Requesting Calling and Network Features and Care Level |

The request of Calling and Network Features and Care Level is common to all provision scenarios. There are two variations of this screen - one for Basic and Premium Single Lines and one for Multilines, this is a reflection of the different feature sets for the different line types. The screen for Basic and Premium Single lines is below:

Both screens operate in the same way, in that features can be selected by ticking the relevant boxes or selecting items from the drop down boxes. Towards the bottom of the screen is a drop down box from which the required care level for the line can be selected. When choosing an Admin Controlled Call Barring option for a Multiline this is a line based service and so the lines that it needs to be applied to should be selected from the "Aux Lines" box in which all the lines are listed; click on a line to select it, hold down the "CTRL" key on your keyboard to make multiple selections, see below:
